1. Maintenance of electric motors and gearboxes
First, often check the temperature of the engine body and bearing, engine noise, vibration have no anomalies. With frequent start-up due to the low rotation speed caused by the decrease in ventilation and cooling power and the large current, the engine temperature rise will increase rapidly, so it should be noted that the engine temperature rise should not exceed the upper limit specified in the instructions. Adjust the brakes according to the requirements of the engine operating instructions. The daily maintenance of the reducer can be a reference to the operating instructions of the production plant. In addition, the gear lock bolts should be checked regularly, the connection can not be loosened.
2 Lubrication of running devices
Second, in the crane component maintenance technology, the good lubrication of the fan should be remembered, if you use, you should first open the ventilation cover of the reducer to ensure good ventilation, to reduce the internal pressure. Before work, you should check whether the surface height of the reducer oil meets the requirements, if it is lower than the normal oil surface, the same type of oil should be added in time.
Wheel bearings of the running gear, when assembled, filled with enough grease (calcium-based grease), do not require daily refilling, every two months through the oil injection hole or opening the bearing cover, refilling the grease, folding, cleaning and replacing the grease once a year.
Grease is lubricated once a week on each exposed toothed gear.
3. Maintenance and repair of the lifting units
Regularly observe the oil window of the crane reducer, check whether the surface of the lubricating oil is within the specified range, and when the oil level is below the set, the lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely manner.
If the tap is infrequently used, the tightness and operating conditions are good, the lubricants in the gearbox are replaced every six months, and quarterly in case of poor operation. If a permanent foaming of water or oil surface is detected in the lifting compartment and if the oil is damaged, the oil should be replaced immediately. When changing the oil, the oil should be replaced strictly in accordance with the operating instructions of the reducer, preventing mixing of oil products.
